DIY Floral Frame

Yes, you DIY-ers out there, I'm pretty sure you can recreate this beautiful piece from J. L. Designs. Just take an old frame or mirror and remove the back. Replace it with craft foam and start pushing the flowers into the foam. Wheather you use real or faux flowers, this is sure to be a showpiece. I can see this hanging behind the bar, sitting on a easel at the entrance, or even used as a backdrop for a "photo booth." You know what else would be cool? To place a monogram in the center! Now, go get crafty!

Very pretty!! I think the frame you are showing here is the exact one my daughter wants from IKEA. I bet she never thought of doing this to it. So cool.

hi guys!

just as a tip: i used (dendrovium) orchids, which hold well outside of water...i actually didnt use any floral foam but instead i hot glued each bloom, one by one, to the cardboard frame backing...which is even easier!

and yes the frame is from ikea :)
