Real Party Showcase

Ready for this week's Real Party Showcase?  There are some incredible and inspiring details so be sure and visit each one for more information.

First up is this Butterfly Tea Party hosted by Andrea of Sweet Bambinos.  Andrea goes all out when creating a party (remember this Candyland birthday?), and provides so many interesting touches.  I think this birthday party is so sweet and well executed - it would even be suitable for a bridal luncheon. 

If you want to indulge the kids in some summertime fun, try a Popsicle party.  The ladies of Sheek Shindigs put together an afternoon of popsicles, snacks, and backyard fun, begining with some cute popsicle invitations.   I love all the crafty paper details they added with snack packs and favors!

This next ice cream-pool party was sent in by Tricia Pinnock.  She used printables from Love the Day and created a delicious display of sundae accompaniments.  I love the colored cones that match the printed decor!

This next party is a Cookies & Milk baby shower hosted by Carey of  With Joy.  I love the rustic-vintage feel of this party with the milk bottles & pretty tags, and hanging pom streamers.  She also used babies breath in an interesting way - as the main flower instead of just filler.  Check out her post to see the very cool arrangement using an old mixer!

Finally, doesn't this Busy as a Bee party from Christie of Three Pixie Lane make you want to have a sunny yellow backyard picnic?  This is just so inviting with it's checked table cloth, pretty daisies in a jar, paper flower brownie toppers, and bee topped cupcakes.  Perfect for a relaxing day on the lawn.

Ebony Sparkes of Sparkling Events & Designs, LLC designed this gorgeous Bridal Shower.  The ruffled place mats are amazing, as are the centerpiece flower balls.

Another beautiful Bridal Shower by Amy of AB Designs, is elegant with a serene feel.  The design features a monogram detail throughout, with the lovely green and coral color combination.  

Tonya of Soiree Showers & Kidz Events created this fun and whimsical birthday bash with lots of great activity stations.  The colors and floral accents make this a magical party for a lucky little girl.

Kate of Love and Kate, shares her nieces 1st birthday party with the adorable theme, "You Are My Sunshine."  I just love those hand made party hats, and the sunny cookies!

Amy at Details Weddings & Events designed her son's 1st birthday with a Dr. Seuss theme.  The flower arrangement is gorgeous with a touch of whimsy, and the banner is so unique!

Real Party Showcase

It's time to highlight some fabulous parties again!  I'm always pleased to receive emails, links, and photos of your creative celebrations.  You can also share photos on our Facebook page.

This first feature takes us outside for a beautifully executed picnic by Lisa of Moore Minutes.  She put so much thought into all the food presentation, as well as the set up itself.  Lided jars transport salads and parfaits perfectly, while sandwiches and fried chicken are individually wrapped.  Bottled drinks are served in their own personal ice bucket, and vintage soda crates add old fashioned charm.  Visit Lisa's post for more of this gorgeous setting.

Next, Rebecca hosted this sweet birthday party for her daughter, with a fun pioneer theme.  She made aprons for all the girls to wear, and incorporated coordinating fabric bunting, and lid covers for the homemade jam favors.  The cake is stunning with the addition of real flowers as part of the decor.  Visit Rebecca's blog, Faith, Family, Home, Friends for more details on this lovely party.

Mandy at Everyday Obsessions hosted a bridal shower for a friend and was inspired by this poolside table from Amy Atlas.  She did a wonderful job recreating the green and white look with some delicious treats, natural elements, and favor boxes.  I particularly love the single-serve pudding glasses with spoon tied on.  See more details here.

Genevieve is one of my facebook/blogging buddies, originally from Canada, but now residing in Pennsylvania.  To celebrate her roots she threw a Happy Canada Day party with lots of cool details.  She created a vintage vibe with an old window frame, and distressed wood boxes & sign.  The Canadian flag graced everything from the backdrop to straw tags, favor tags, and decorated cookies.  Check out her blog post on Celebrate Today the Superchick Way and stay tuned for her DIY tutorials she'll share soon.

Last but not least is this fabulously feminine Parisian style birthday party designed by Melissa and Kellie at Icing Designs.  This lovely DIY party is perfect for the girly-girl who loves pink.  Lots of paper rosettes were used, as well as lace and frills, to decorate the space.  French pastries filled the dessert table along with some adorable Eiffel Tower chocolate pops.  See more of the sweet details on their blog post.

Real Party Showcase

I've received so many parties lately (which I love!), that there aren't enough days in the week to feature them all.  Sooooo, I will do a mini-feature/showcase of several of them.  Enjoy all the talents and inspiration from these party ladies!

Any Lopes sent me these photos of a recent Nautical themed baby shower she hosted.  Some great nautical details include the "life saver" cake, paper boat place cards, nautical cake toppers, and a fantastic table top!

Renee of Busy Bee Paperie sent me this fun-filled Carnival party she designed for her twin son's 4th birthday.  She also designed those cute invites and has an online shop which offers more gifts and stationery. 

Haley's Peaches & Cream 1st birthday party for "E" has some stylish details.  Customized drink koozies, adorable photo gallery wall, and fabric-lined baskets and banner were all theme specific - the photos were of some of "E's firsts".  You can see more on Haley's blog, Little E and Company. 

Julie Cox added so many sweet details to her daughter's 1st birthday party!  Visit her blog, A Reason To Get Together, to see several posts featuring the complete design.

This Pinkalicious 1st birthday party was sent in by Thetis of Little Sooti blog.  I think she did a great job on that dessert table!

Finally, my friend Laurie, designed this Airplane 1st birthday party for her son, Nathan.  This is the same friend who I created the Nautical Sip n 'Sea' shower for last year.  She did a great job incorporating the toy airplanes, the themed picture wall, and the airplane cookie favors.  So proud of her!
