This is how I served Fiesta Chili at my Halloween party 2 years ago. Of course I called it "Guts". Very fitting for the display. Here's the recipe:
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained
1 can Rotel Mexican Festival tomatoes
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
1 packet dry taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, cooked and drained
Mix first 6 ingredients in the crockpot. Add one can of water and meat. Cook on low for 5-7 hours.

Your Fiesta Chili looks super easy for a crowd! What size cans of beans, corn, tomatoes do you use? I think my kids would love this!
They are all the standard 15-16oz sizes. It is easy and delicious!
Actually, I think those Rotel cans come in a bit smaller sizes...10oz maybe. It is the standard size, though.
