I know you're gonna love this unique idea for displaying cupcakes, from LilyBean Paperie. As shown, these are obviously perfect for a tea party, but with a quick change of paper and fabric they would be quite adorable for an Alice In Wonderland theme, classic vintage theme, and anything in between.
This project is simple to do with small tins from the craft store (in the favor box section at Michael's), fun papers, ribbon, and coordinating fabric. Just place a small square of fabric in the tin and drop in the cupcake. Wrap the tin with a strip of paper - this one is cut with a scallop edge, and tie a ribbon around. I love that she used fabric instead of tissue paper here! Of course you can add an adorable cupcake topper to finish it off. For a full list of supplies and instructions visit LilyBean Paperie.
