I received an email last week from Kathleen of Sweet Table Chicago, sharing some of her recent designs (come to find out I had stumbled across her website before and admired her work). I immediately fell in love with this ice cream "BAR" concept and couldn't wait to share it with you! Take a look at how she incorporated typical barware and 'cocktails' into a sophisticated ice cream bar.
Kathleen created "martinis" with cholives (how cool are those!), lime mojito "shots", edible spray painted cones "on the rocks" (rock candy that is), and more "shots" of hot fudge sauce. Okay, who even knew they made edible spray paint?! They also used "ice buckets" to hold the ice cream, and hung rock candy lollipop "chandeliers" on each side of the table. What a fantastic display! Check out Sweet Table Chicago for more of Kathleen's stylish dessert tables.
{unfortunately The Cholive Company has closed it's business in the past few weeks}
