I agree! I think Pantone got it wrong calling Turquoise the color of 2010. Purple is popping up everywhere and looks fab!

I love eggplant! I almost painted our dining room walls that color! I really want to reupholster our living room chairs in eggplant too...similar to chairs in the below link (although it's hard to tell they are pruple)...
